Best Spots For a Quick Bite

Recently I have really only ordered food for takeout since has been too cold for outdoor dining. Here, I decided it would be helpful if I listed some of the absolute best spots for when I'm in a bit of rush but want a good meal. These places are put in no particular order, each place has delicious food and are each for very different palates.
Nassau Seafood, Princeton, New Jersey
Nassau seafood is one of my absolute favorite spots. Besides selling some of the best quality fish I have ever had in my life, they also have a long menu of lunch items featuring everything from caesar salads with grilled fish of your choice, poké bowls with either salmon or tuna, and fish tacos. Any type of fish dish you want they probably have. They also have an abundance of healthy items. My personal favorite order is a salmon poké bowl substituting the rice for mixed greens. I am also a huge fan of their salmon caesar salads. The menu is nothing fancy but the quality of fish is so good that it doesn't need to be fancy.

2. Cava, Multiple Locations
Cava is one of my absolute favorite spots for a quick bite. It is one of those restaurants with an assembly line where you go up and tell the person working there what you want and they add stuff to your meal as they walk down a counter - like Chopt or Sweetgreen. It has Mediterranean cuisine so you can choose to make a wrap, grain bowl, salad, or a mix of a salad and grain bowl. I personally like having a salad with lentils mixed in. They also have a bunch of unique fixings to put in your meal like crazy feta, which is feta with jalapenos, and different types of hummus. Cava also doesn't limit how many toppings you can put on your meal so a salad like other chains so you can add whatever you would like to your meal at a decent cost. In a non Covid world, if you were to go to Cava during a lunch hour chances are it would be packed but they have an app where you can order your meal and just pick it up. This is definitely a must stop lunch location if you're in the mood for a good hearty meal.

3. Jules Thin Crust, Multiple Locations
Jules Thin Crust is one of my absolute favorite spots for pizza because it is quick and they have so many unique options. You can also order from here on Doordash and Grubhub, but when ordering on those apps you can't order by the slice only pies - they do have a personal sized pie though! I personally like eating here because there is usually something new for me to try because they always have seasonal pies like a pie with squash and ricotta. My personal favorite pie is a white pie with edamame, ricotta, caramelized onions, goat cheese and a lemon vinaigrette. I also like their salads, my personal favorite is the caesar but I always ask for the croutons, cheese, and dressing on the side because they tend to put too much on the salad. Their croutons are also homemade from their thin pizza crust. This is the perfect spot for when you want a healthier version of pizza or you want something new to eat.
